DOC policy states that prisoners at Post 6 must be on lockdown 23 hours a day and only let out one hour at a time on a staggered basis so that they're never out of their single cells at the same time.

Residents who have received random calls from unknown numbers in Tonga and Fiji are asked not to answer or call back, as they could be part of a scam. 
According to a monthly executive branch travel report for fiscal year 2017 the first lady went on a total of 4 trips over the course of five months.
